Thank God for another beautiful saturday!

I told you on my blog last week that I joined MGMP Math competition. And thank God, I could enter the final round this afternoon. I know that was because of God's grace.


After I finished my competition, I went to GI with Petrick! I waaassss soooo happy!!! You know why? When I was in 10th grade, I dreamed to have a date in GI and after 2 years, I and Petrick celebrate our 2nd year anniversary there! Wow! What a wonderful day!


We watched Faster, which casted by Dwayne Johnson and directed by George Tillman Jr. Faster was good. It was an unpredictable story. The action was great! Two thumbs up for George Tillman and crews!


After watched Faster, we went home. I had to go to my church. There was KKR by Pdt. Petrus Agung. His sermon was very blessed! He talked about "God is a moving God!" God doesn't like us to stay in our comfort zone! That's why we often feel like we are thirsty. We can't feel God's presence and we think that God leaves us. It is because God is moving! We have to move with Him if we don't want to left by Him.


Yeah, that's my day! It was sooo amazing! Hahahahahaha.. Happy Weekend all!! God bless you.. :)

Fantastic 2 years!

Happy anniversary to myself!!! Hehehehe.. Ya, today is my 2nd anniversary with my wonderful, genius, kind, cute, smart boy, Petrick! My relationship with him has taught me many things, such as love needs commitments and love is precious.


Our relationship started when we were in the same class, X5. We met on July, and we became good friends for 6 month until finally we decided to have relationship more than just a good friend. Hmm, and after that we had many hard situation to face together. We had broken a few times, but we also tried to keep together although it's hard. We need commitment to stay together. Sometimes I could hate him, get bored with him, but above all, I couldn't just break with him because I get bored with him, right?


And then, because of some problems, we stop our relationship. It hurt me but that time I tried to stand by myself. I tried to forget him. I tried my best. Until finally I began to close with another man. He told me that he loved me. He showed me his love. I wasted my 2,5 months with him. And in the middle of my time with him, I felt different. I felt that He couldn't love me as much as Petrick did. I started miss Petrick. I was in dilemma. But, day by day I spent with a new guy, I felt one thing that "Love is precious". What Petrick has given to me is a very precious thing. I think, cupid in favor to me! In the same time, Petrick felt what I felt. He missed me! So, we concluded that we still loved each other. Yeah, and until now, we still do! Hahahahahahahahaha.. I really hope that we'll be together forever... And hapilly ever after *like in the princess story* Hahahahaha.. :D

Wonderful Week

Okay... I've just past my busy week.. That's why, I didn't have much time to write something in my blog. Just imagine, I had Math Test on Tuesday, Christianity, Indonesian, and Math *again* Tests on Thursday, and Chemistry test yesterday, and today? Actually today was the most wonderful.. I had Mat Competition (MGMP) and Chemistry remedial Test.


The first Math test was little bit messy. I hadn't prepared my test well. On Thursday, Christianity and Indonesian ran well *as usual, because they aren't major lessons* and Math, guess what? It was a miracle! On the Math Test, seemed like God has made a way for me. It was so real. I had 40 minutes to solve 6 problems. And after30 minutes, I just could finish 2 numbers of them. I was so panic and freakin' out! At least I had to solve 4 problems so that I could get score above the standard. In that situation, I couldn't do anything else but pray. Just a simple prayer, "God please help me...". And then, I tried to solve again. It was awesome! God has opened my mind! I could solve almost everything. I could see how to solve the factoring, I could see the key of that problem, everything! GOD IS AWESOME!! The God's words is real, ask and you'll recieve. When we need help for everything, Jesus is the most appropriate place to ask for help.


And today, I had Math competition and Remedial for chemistry. Today was the heaviest day actually. But I enjoyed! Why? Because I could see the most view for me, watch my boy, trying to solve math problem. He just stares at the paper, and he'll know the answer. When he couldn't solve, his expression will be so gorgeous for me! Hahahahahaha. And today, I've got 150 minutes to see him like that! I do love him so much! ({})

This song have been spinning around my head since my ex-boyfriend sang it when we played basketball on PE this morning. When he sang it to me, I just assumed that was just normal song. Maybe he just listened to that song? Who knows? But, unfortunately, I can't erase that memory from my mind even I can't feel anything for him. So sorry... :( It's just our past...

Take time for yourself

I little bit confuse actually with the people why do they spend their Saturday night with go somewhere or hang out till drop? When did the 'Saturday night' tradition begin?


Ya i know that saturday night is so precious because it's the only one night when you're free from your routines the day after. But why it become so weird when i'm just alone go to a place? Because when i arrived to a food place, CJ, the waiter asked me "Are you just alone on the Saturday night? There's no one accompany you?" Huff.. And that wasn't the first. I've been asked many times if i go alone.


Not only in Saturday night, but every time actually. People still feel weird when they see someone just waste his time by himself. Don't they know that sometimes we need have a time just for being alone? A time to spend with ourselves?


Some people maybe don't realize that. But i think, being alone sometimes is fun. And i think we need it. Why? Because when you alone, you can use your alone time with evaluate what have happened to your life. Did is because of your mistake? Or because someone's mistake? Did it make you happy? Or desperate? But remember! Don't take too long to think about your past. Because if you take too much time there, you will shrink in your past. Rearview mirror was made just very little because you have to go forward! So use three fourth of your alone time to think about your future. Plan your future well. Move forward!


Why do I told you so hard to move forward? Because if you don't want to walk by yourself, the condition will force you. Maybe your parents, your friends, or your enviroment.
For example, you don't decide what you're gonna be. You don't have your dream, yet. And one day when your mom ask you "Where will you continue your education?" And you just say, "I don't know yet." Don't blame your parents if they force you to enter a university out of your interest. Maybe you like drawing but your parents force you to be a doctor? It's not because they want to force you, but because they worry about your future. And because you go under the pressurre, your job isn't so good. It's just one example if you don't make a plan for your future.


Or maybe with your enviroment? Maybe your parents don't force you and give your freedom o choose. You don't know about your future, and the majority of your friends are doctor? So you just go with them without any preparation. That will be so bad.


So from now, just try to spend your alone time and think about your future. Don't forget! Let God work with you. Discuss your future with God, for He's the only one who knows your best.


You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you may know that GOD holds your tomorrow.

I think when you read the title of this post, you'll already know what I'm gonna share about. Yeah! The new boy band from Indonesia. SM*SH. SM*SH stand for Seven Men and Seven Heroes. They consist of dancers and singers to come together into boy band. In the beginning of their appearance lead to controversy. But they did not give up so easily. They still showed up with confidence and now, they already have many fans.

Strawberry

Future

I believe everyone has their own dream for their future. But many of them confused how to get it and that makes many people just say "Let it flow..." and they killed their own dreams.

And this time, I just wanna tell you guys that you don't need to kill your dream. You don't need to worry about your own future. Why? Because Jesus has promised to you to give you a bright future.

[Jeremiah 29 : 11] For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 

God has told us that He has made everything well. So why you have to worry about your future? All you have to do just give your dream to Him and He makes everything so beautiful.

But sometimes in our life, we feel like we have no idea where we're gonna go? Or which one we have to choose? Yeah, that will happen in our life. Why? Because.....

[Ecclesiastes 3: 11] He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.    

Ya! We can't find out the work of God! "How come we trust Him if we can't see what He's working for? Maybe the end is good, but how is my life in the middle of His plan?" Don't worry!!! Because He already promised us that He never makes us ashame in front of people.

[Romans 10: 11] For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.  

Isn't that a good news? All we need just give our dream of our future to God and believe on Him, and everything's gonna be okay!

Dua hari yang lalu, gue baca status facebook seseorang yang cukup menarik buat gue liat karena di situ dia meminta pendapat tentang apa yang paling diinginkan perempuan untuk ditunjukkan oleh laki-laki untuk meyakinkan kalian menerima cinta si pria? dan comment pun -entah dari cowo atau cewe- bertaburan.

Berhubung gue tertarik, jadi gue baca satu-satu komennya. Dan wow, ternyata jawabannya keren-keren banget. Setelah gue perhatikan, akhirnya dari 56 komentar, ada 2 sikap laki-laki yang bener-bener di harapkan sama seorang perempuan agar perempuan itu bisa menerima cinta sang lelaki. KOMITMEN.  Komitmen disini bisa diartikan juga sebagai setia. Dan satu lagi, JUJUR.

Kalau dipikir-pikir emang bener juga, banyak banget orang yang menjalin hubungan tanpa komitmen. Hasilnya ujung-ujungnya cuma selingkuh dan putus/cerai. Ngomong-ngomong soal komitmen, gue pernah baca satu cerita -lupa dimana- seperti ini.

Suatu hari, ada segerombolan orang yang lagi ikut tour. Dan akhirnya, mereka sampai ke sebuah kota kecil, bahkan bisa dibilang sebuah desa. Sesampainya di sana, sang tour guide memperkenalkan seorang Kepala Desa di tempat itu. Kepala Desa tersebut mengajak orang-orang itu berkeliling melihat desanya. Dan sampai satu tempat, disitu ramai sekali dan terlihat satu orang memakai baju pengantin dan dia memakai kain untuk menutupi wajahnya.

"Ini acara pernikahan ya, pak?" tanya salah satu  orang ke kepala desa.
"Ya, benar. Kebetulan sekali hari ini ada acara pernikahan salah satu warga desa kami. Itu yang kita bisa liat sekarang adalah mempelai wanitanya. Adat disini, sang wanita akan di arak seperti 
itu menuju tempat sang mempelai pria."
"Lalu, kenapa harus ada kain yang menutupi mukanya?"
"Adat kami juga tidak memperbolehkan sang mempelai untuk melihat paras pasangan yang akan di nikahinya sebelum mereka di nyatakan sah telah menikah."
Dan spontan salah seorang nyeletuk, "Wah, kalau begitu tingkat perceraian disini tinggi ya?"
"Oh, perceraian juga tidak diperbolehkan. Jadi kalau sudah menikah, dialah yang akan menjadi pasangan seumur hidup anda."
"Bagaimana bisa? Di negara kami saja yang bahkan di perbolehkan tidur serumah dengan calon pasangan kami, tingkat perceraian tetap sangat tinggi. Bagaimana bisa juga kita mencintai orang yang belum pernah kita lihat? Itu hal yang mustahil! Dan tidak mungkin juga kami menikahi orang yang tidak kita cintai."
"Disitulah letak perbedaannya. Di negara anda, tingkat perceraian bisa tinggi karena anda menikahi orang yang anda cintai. Saat anda sudah tidak cinta, anda akan bercerai dan mencari orang lain yang anda cintai. Sebaliknya, larangan untuk bercerai di desa ini membuat kami belajar mencintai orang yang kami nikahi."

Pernyataan dari sang Kepala Desa yang terakhir, bisa di simpulkan dengan satu kata. Komitmen. Apa yang menyebabkan hubungan bisa putus? Karena gak ada komitmen di dalamnya. Hubungan tanpa komitmen, ujung-ujungnya cuma putus. Kenapa? Karena kalo cuma ngandalin cinta, cinta itu bisa datang dan pergi kapan aja. Dan dalam suatu hubungan, jangan salah kira kita bakal cinta dia terus-terusan dalam 3 tahun. Pasti ada satu saat kita bakal ngerasa bosen banget dan kesel sama dia. Disitulah komitmen bertindak. Kalo lagi marahan dan hubungan kita tanpa komitmen, pasti putus dan alasan klasik yang di pake "udah gak cocok". Basi banget ga sih? Dan kalo terus-terusan kayak gitu, apa gak cape sakit hati? Kalo putus, besar ato kecil, pasti kita ngerasain sakit.


Jadi, buat kalian yang laki-laki, sebelum nembak cewe, inget satu hal yang ini! Cewe butuh komitmen! Cewe butuh keseriusan dari cowo. Karena cewe paling gak suka di mainin. Dan buat kalian para cewe, jangan buru-buru terima cinta dari laki-laki. Better kalian deket dulu, banyak ngobrol dulu, supaya gak ada alasan putus karena gak cocok. :)

Kedua, cewe butuh kejujuran dari laki-laki. Kejujuran itu mencakup gak ada gombal-gombalan. Ternyata dari komentar-komentar di status itu, cewe sangat tidak suka sama gombalan. Dan jujur juga mencakup tanggung jawab. Laki-laki harus bisa tanggung jawab sama yang udah di omongin. Jangan pas kemaren ngomong A, pas keadaan kepepet, jadi ngomong B. Kalo gitu, udah jelas-jelas bakal mendapat penilaian buruk dari perempuan. So, boys, belajar jujur sama cewe. Karena kejujuran akan jauh lebih berharga daripada penghiburan semata. :D
